About
Matias del Campo is an architect, designer, and Associate Professor at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), where he directs the MS ACT program. He previously taught at the University of Michigan's Taubman College, directing the Architecture and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (AR2IL). He co-founded the architectural practice SPAN in Vienna. A leading voice on AI in architectural design, he develops workflows using diffusion models and GANs, exploring 'Neural Architecture' and its implications for form generation and materialization.
