Long Nguyen is a computer scientist and Research Associate at the Institute for Computational Design and Construction (ICD) at the University of Stuttgart. With a background from Cambridge and UCL, his research centers on computational design, digital fabrication, computational geometries, and constraint-based form-finding. An advocate for open-source development, he authors prominent tools for physics simulation and AEC software interoperability, actively bridging generative design computation with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
