Wojciech Matusik
Wojciech Matusik is the Cadence Design Systems Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT, with an additional appointment in Mechanical Engineering. He directs the Computational Design & Fabrication Group within MIT CSAIL. His pioneering work spans computer graphics, computational design, computer vision, and robotics. He focuses on data-driven methods, physics-based simulation, and additive manufacturing to create new tools for modeling, understanding, and fabricating the physical world. He has received numerous awards, including the ACM Siggraph Significant New Researcher Award, a DARPA Young Faculty Award, and the Humboldt Research Award.
