Sigrid Brell-Çokcan is the founder and head of the Chair of Individualized Production (IP) at RWTH Aachen University and the co-founder and President of the Association for Robots in Architecture (RiA). She also co-founded the Center for Construction Robotics at RWTH Aachen Campus. Her research bridges industry and academia, focusing on utilizing innovative machinery in material production and developing user-friendly human-machine interaction methods for individualized construction. She is the editor-in-chief of the Springer Journal Construction Robotics.
