Dennis Shelden is an architect and Associate Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), directing the Center for Architecture, Science and Ecology (CASE). He previously directed the Digital Building Laboratory (DBL) at Georgia Tech. A pioneer in digital design and BIM, he was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Gehry Technologies (2002-2014) and co-directs the technical program for BuildingSmart International. His expertise spans BIM-to-fabrication data pipelines, construction technology, and building engineering software development.
