Andrew Witt
Andrew Witt is an architect, mathematician, and the inaugural Kavita and Krishna Bharat Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, driving university-wide initiatives in AI and design. Prior to this, he was an Associate Professor in Practice in Architecture at Harvard GSD, where he co-directed the Master in Design Engineering program and founded the Geometry Lab. He is the co-founder of Certain Measures, a Boston/Berlin-based design and technology incubator bridging digital and physical spaces. Formerly the Director of Research at Gehry Technologies, he developed web-based 3D concurrent design systems. His authored works include 'Formulations: Architecture, Mathematics, Culture' (MIT Press), exploring the synthesis of mathematical theory and architectural form.
